4. No Guarantee
NearSense does not guarantee:
- Prevention of crime
- Prevention of accidents
- Prevention of emergencies
- Availability of location data
- Continuous operation
- Delivery of alerts
- Delivery of SMS messages
- Delivery of push notifications
Users acknowledge that alerts and notifications may be delayed, interrupted, inaccurate, or unavailable.
5. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Use NearSense lawfully
- Maintain accurate trusted contact information
- Keep devices updated
- Maintain required permissions
- Use emergency features responsibly
Users must not:
